In Spring 2022 The Org was testing out positioning the platform as a job search tool that helps users explore high-growth companies and learn about their teams. We worked with LinkedIn, TikTok, and YouTube creators who produced content about job search and career coaching. 50% of all signed influencers drove 15-50% boosts in average weekly sign ups and website traffic.
