This project went live as part of The Org’s Series B funding announcement along with PR, founder communications, email push, and more. We felt like traditional comms pieces of the campaign were good assets for our existing network to circulate but too boring for a larger target audience of professionals at high-growth companies to engage with. We wanted to use this big moment for brand storytelling and create an opportunity for more people to celebrate this big company milestone with us and learn about our product and brand.

The Org’s brand and product at the time were centered around encouraging companies to peel off their corporate front, show off their entire teams and not only their public leaders, and build transparent employer brands. So, we decided to create an opportunity for professionals at high growth companies to nominate their professional friends and colleagues for cheeky superlatives in a Startup Yearbook.

This campaign was the first of its kind at The Org at the time and resulted in 285,000+ impressions across all channels, 300+ people singing up, and 500+ votes.
